What We Offer

All services are provided free of charge. No insurance is required. All information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

HIV Prevention

PrEP & PEP Navigation

Pre-Exposure & Post-Exposure Prophylaxis Support

Our nurse-led team provides comprehensive PrEP and PEP education, eligibility screening, and care linkage. We connect uninsured and underinsured individuals to free or low-cost PrEP through the Ready, Set, PrEP program and local providers.

  • PrEP eligibility assessment and education
  • Linkage to free PrEP through Ready, Set, PrEP
  • PEP access guidance for emergency HIV prevention (within 72 hours)
  • Ongoing adherence support and follow-up
  • Insurance navigation and co-pay assistance

HIV & STI Testing Linkage

Know Your Status — Free & Confidential

We connect community members to free, confidential HIV and STI testing sites across Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties. Our navigators help remove barriers — transportation, language, fear — so testing is accessible to everyone.

  • Referrals to free HIV testing sites in all three counties
  • STI screening linkage (gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, hepatitis)
  • Home HIV test kit guidance (AIDSVu, HRSA programs)
  • Rapid result support and counseling referrals
  • Post-test care linkage if reactive

Patient Navigation Services

Bridging the Gap Between Diagnosis and Care

Our certified patient navigators work one-on-one with individuals newly diagnosed with HIV or those who have fallen out of care. We help navigate the healthcare system, connect to Ryan White services, and ensure no one faces their diagnosis alone.

  • One-on-one case navigation for newly diagnosed individuals
  • Ryan White Program enrollment assistance
  • ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance Program) application support
  • Mental health and substance use referrals
  • Transportation and housing resource linkage
  • Re-engagement for those lost to care

Evidence-Based HIV/STI Education for Providers

Led by Deborah Nicolo, MSN, APRN, our clinical education programs equip healthcare providers, nursing students, and community health workers with current, evidence-based knowledge on HIV prevention, treatment, and stigma reduction.

  • U=U (Undetectable = Untransmittable) education
  • PrEP prescribing guidance for primary care providers
